When will my order Ship?
All sales are final. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com within three (3) days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Orders will be packaged and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If an order is placed before 10 am EST, we will try to get it packaged and shipped the same day. You will receive an email/ text message once your order has shipped depending on the method selected when the order was placed.
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the address the products are shipped to.
Please ensure the shipping address includes the apartment number. if applicable, is correct prior to ordering. Once the item has shipped. Que by Que Candle Company/Que by Quon Boutique, LLC are NOT responsible for any orders mailed to incorrect addresses, lost in transit or delays in shipping.
How long does shipping take?
